MARK LYNCH, BOst Med D.O. (1st class Hons) , MOCI, ACE O/E,  PT

Instructor

 

Mark began his career as a Fitness Instructor in 2003 and later expanded his expertise by earning a Personal Trainer qualification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

​

After traveling in Australia and Asia, he pursued further education in the USA, specializing in post-operative and injury rehabilitation as an Orthopaedic Exercise Specialist.

​

Mark worked with ROM Sligo for over five years while building his physical therapy practice, which evolved into Osteopathic Medicine.

​

He earned a 1st class honors degree in Osteopathic Medicine from ICOM Cork, accredited by NESCOT and Kingston University, and is now registered with the Osteopathic Council of Ireland.

​

Mark was awarded Student of the Year in 2015 and his clinic was named Best Irish Sports Physio Clinic in 2018. He also lectures at ICOM Cork, specializing in spinal mechanics, rehabilitation, and research.

​

His qualifications include diplomas in Manipulative Therapy, Physical Therapy, Dry Needling, Cranial Therapy, and Personal Training, among others.

NEIL O’ GRADY, BOst Med D.O. (1st class Hons) , MOCI, S&C 

Instructor   

 

Neil holds a BSc. (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine and is registered with the Osteopathic Council of Ireland (OCI).

​

Neil also holds qualifications in Physical Therapy, Orthopaedic Dry Needling, Craniosacral Therapy and Strength and Conditioning.

​

An extensive background in sport and a 16-year career as an army officer including service in the Army Ranger Wing give Neil unique first-hand experience and understanding of injury.

CLAIRE-ANN LYNCH, ITEC, CIBTEC, CIDESCO, CST, CST Peds 

Course Coordinator 

 

Claire-Ann is a Orthopedic Therapist and  Certified Laser Technician at ML Therapies, bringing over 20 years of experience in body treatments, analysis, and holistic therapies. She holds ITEC, CIBTEC, and CIDESCO qualifications and has worked in senior and management roles within the spa industry in both Ireland and Australia.

 

Claire-Ann studied at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine obtaining a diploma in Cranial Therapy. Claire-Ann also has a City and Guilds teaching diploma and is a registered member of the Teaching Council of Ireland, with experience teaching in both public and private schools.

 

Additionally, she is a certified Pharmacy Counter Assistant with specialized training in pain management through the NHS and the Royal College of Anaesthetists. With a passion for treating acute neuropathic and rheumatological pain through photo-biomodulation.

 

Claire-Ann focuses on non-medicated pain management. She is continually advancing her expertise, maintaining ongoing CPD development in laser safety and therapy.
